The move is intended to combine Litmus World’s strengths in enterprise engagement with RepUp’s expertise in AI-powered reputation management and customer analytics, the businesses announced in a press release. The unified platform will offer tools for real-time sentiment analysis, predictive insights, response automation, and reputation management across digital touchpoints.

“This merger marks a defining moment for enterprise CX transformation,” said RepUp’s founder Pranjal Prashar in a press release. “By integrating with LitmusWorld, we are uniquely positioned to expand our AI-native social listening capabilities to enterprises across key sectors enabling them to deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.”

The merger remains subject to regulatory approvals, including sanction from the National Company Law Tribunal. In the interim, both companies will begin aligning operations. Litmus World currently serves sectors including BFSI, retail, aviation, and real estate, while RepUp focuses on clients in travel, hospitality, and retail.

“Our vision is to redefine enterprise CX by leveraging AI and automation to create intelligent, proactive, and personalised interactions,” said Litmus World’s CEO Sandip Sen. “By joining forces with RepUp, we are combining deep domain expertise with cutting-edge AI capabilities to build a truly transformative platform that addresses the evolving needs of modern enterprises.”
