Lifestyle and fashion retailer Iconic has strengthened its presence in Central India with the opening of a 27,000 square foot flagship store in Raipur. Located at Zora The Mall, the new outlet marks the brand’s largest retail format in the region.

The new Iconic store was inaugurated by Chhattisgarh chief minister Vishnu Deo Sai and deputy minister Arun Sao, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. The launch reflects Iconic’s continued focus on expanding into high-potential Tier 2 cities.
“Raipur represents more than just a new location; it symbolises the next chapter in our expansion journey,” said Iconic’s COO Apoorv Sen, Indian Retailer Bureau reported. “As we grow across India, we are intentionally stepping into dynamic, fast-growing cities full of potential. Our entry into Chhattisgarh is a strategic move, and we’re confident this vibrant city will embrace the Iconic experience.”
Designed as a multi-brand lifestyle destination, the store features dedicated sections for men, women, and children. Its merchandise includes both international and domestic labels such as Gant, DKNY, True Religion, Antony Morato, and Shantanu and Nikhil, alongside Iconic’s in-house line. The offering spans occasion wear, premium formals, and everyday apparel.
Commenting on the launch, Vijay Jhanwar, owner of Zora The Mall, said the opening was “a milestone for Chhattisgarh” and expected it to “raise the fashion bar in the region.” The store opening aligns with Iconic’s strategy to scale operations and improve consumer access to premium fashion in emerging markets.
